1.Annual Conference / 年次大会について

●Please note that registration for JFBS Annual Conference will be completed after we confirm your payment of the participation fee along with submission of the application form.
●年次大会につきましては、参加申込と参加費お支払の完了をもって「登録参加者」となります。参加申し込みだけではて登録されませんのでご注意下さい。

●For payment, please choose either bank transfer or credit card (For more information, please refer to 4. below).
●お支払い方法としては、振込みか、クレジットカード決済をお選びいただけます（詳細は下記4.参照）。

2.Workshop, Eastern Japan Workshop, Western Japan Workshop / 研究会・東日本部会・西日本部会

●For these workshops, we accept cash payment on the day of the workshop. Application, however, need to be submitted.
●研究会・部会については、参加申込み後、参加費のお支払いは当日現金でも申し受けます。

3.Membership Fee / 年会費

●Current JFBS members, who were authorized by JFBS Board Meeting and JFBS Member Meeting, can pay annual membership fee through our Credit Card Processing Service.
●JFBS理事会および総会による承認を経て正式入会されたJFBS会員は、本サイトをご利用いただいて年会費を納付することができます。

●For temporary JFBS members, who have submitted the membership application form and are waiting for the authorization by JFBS Board Meeting and JFBS Member Meeting, please use this website as an “individual JFBS member”.
●入会申込書を提出済みで、理事会・総会による承認前の「仮会員」の方は、個人会員としてご利用ください。

●Those who have not yet submitted the membership application form, please visit http://j-fbs.jp/inquiry.html .
●まだ入会申込書を提出していない入会希望者の方はこちら（http://j-fbs.jp/inquiry.html）を参照の上、お手続きください。

4.Payment Methods / お支払い方法

※There are cases that we cannot accept affiliated credit cards. 
※提携カードではお取り扱い出来ない場合があります。ご了承ください。

For those who will make payment through our Credit Card Processing Service, please read following notes.
クレジットカードで決済手続きをされる方は、下記注意事項をお読み下さい。

※Due to using the Japanese credit card processing service, the transaction will be preceeded in Japanese Yen. As your payment will be proceeded in Japanese Yen, there might be conversion differences against the paid amount.
※当サイトにおけるクレジットカード処理手続きは、日本円での決済となりますので、現地通貨でお支払い頂いた場合は円換算して決済されます。


※The amount is subject to change based on the foreign exchange rate in effect the day you register.
※為替相場の変動により、カードご利用日の金額と実際の引き落とし日の金額に差異が生じることがあります。

5.Notice / 通知

●You will receive an automatic reply to confirm your application (In case you entered e-mail address of your mobile phone, you may not be able to receive the confirmation). Please notify us in that event. (info@j-fbs.jp)
●お申込み後、ご入力いただいたメールアドレスへ受付確認メールをお送りします。（ただし送り先が携帯端末の場合には送信できないことがございます）メールが届かない場合は、メールアドレスの入力ミスの可能性がございますので、JFBS事務局（info@j-fbs.jp）へご連絡ください。

●Please note that we make no refund after you completed payment.
●お振込み後、またクレジットカード決済後の、申込みキャンセル・払い戻しには対応致しかねます。あらかじめご了承のほどお願い致します。
